Hydroponic Vegetables

Our hydroponic vegetables are grown in a NFT (nutrient film technique) system in a greenhouse. That gives us year round production. We use a mixture of coconut husks and perlite for our growing medium. We grow a variety of greens from a gourmet salad mix with edible flowers or with a mix of micro greens. E & T Farms also offers an Asian mix of greens that can be used as a braising mix or eaten as a salad. We grow a wide selection of basil for the basil lovers.

We also grow other greenhouse and field crops from tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, onions, squash, beans, kohlrabi, peas, and strawberries.

Our herb garden is on its way for us to be able to offer fresh cut herbs for your enjoyment.

We will be offering blueberries in the near future.
